Becky Harris BMus QTS

Becky is committed to understanding the financial wellbeing needs of our clients. In her role as Operations Manager, she works alongside the team, supporting each client on their journey with comprehensive research, planning and delivery.

After more than a decade in primary teaching, Becky pivoted into financial services following the birth of her son. That educational background is now one of Realise’s real differentiators as Becky leads our financial education programme. She is spearheading the creation of free, accessible resources designed to help our clients build confidence with money from the early years. These tools give parents a way to start meaningful conversations at home, helping children grow up with the financial understanding.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family and is a talented singer who recently started her own group – Two Little Birds.
